Michael Staffieri is excited to join the Platt High School Marching band this year as a visual instructor. Michael has a BFA in music performance and a minor in educational studies from Salem State university.

Michael has been teaching the marching arts over the last 17 years as a music and visual instructor at various schools in CT and MA as well as serving as a visual caption head and drill designer.

Michael is an active member of the Connecticut Hurricanes as staff member and as the Horn Sergeant. Michael has also been involved with other Drum Corps groups including: The Spartans and tThe Citations.

Michael is looking forward to helping students succeed visually on and off the field.
